THIS IS A JOB THAT WILL BE PERFECT FOR A RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE THAT HAS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INVENTORY AND OR PURCHASING. IT WILL BE A GREAT STEPPING STONE INTO A LONG TERM CAREER.
We are currently searching for a highly motivated, organized, responsive and energetic applicant that can excel in a fast paced environment. Exhibiting strong written and verbal skills is imperative as well as an understanding of logistics and purchasing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This team member should be able to schedule inbound deliveries, keep stock levels current and communicate with manufacturers to ensure material is on hand in a timely manner. Organization of inventory is a must along with being able to work with outside sales reps on a daily basis. Displaying strong computer skills, using Excel, Word, and Dropbox will be a requirement. This job description is not all-inclusive, other responsibilities may be assigned as required.

This position is full time 7 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:

Having a 2-4 year degree in Purchasing is preferred ( may be waived due to experience and employment history ).
Bilingual in Spanish to English is a bonus.
You must be proficient in Excel, Word and Dropbox applications. You will be tested.
