Customer Service Duties

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Answer phones throughout the day.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly using good grammar
3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role or a degree in Business Administration
Experience working within the health industry would be preferred
