Administrative/HR Assistant

$15.00 to $17.00 DOE

We are interviewing for a Human Resource Assistant. This job will start as a temporary assignment, but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Are you a highly efficient, detailed and organized administrative assistant who can navigate MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) seamlessly? Can you compose memos and emails with ease using good grammar and spelling? If so, we would be interested in speaking with you.

Please note that we will require you to complete testing to prove your ability prior to consideration.

Your daily tasks will require you to work closely with the Human Resource Manager and provide her with administrative support at a high level of efficiency and confidentiality. You will be required to perform clerical, computer, filing, printing, scanning and writing tasks and will be required to do so with little or no supervision. You will need to feel comfortable in all aspects of administration.


High School Diploma required
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business, Human Resources or a relevant area of expertise)
MS Office expertise (you will be tested
2 years minimum relevant experience
