Relevant Work Experience:

v     PLC interface and MES Systems

v     EMS Systems or Maintenance Management Systems

v     Hydraulics repair

v     Blueprint / drawing and electrical schematics reading

v     Preventative maintenance.

v     Mechanical repair and trouble shooting production related equipment.

v     Basic shop equipment and skills


Pay/Salary: Salary - $55k – overtime after 50 hours

Education Level: 2 years at Technical College and minimum 5 years proven experience in manufacturing – preferably automotive or assembly plant.

Special Requirements: Must be bi-lingual speaking Korean and English
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident. 

Job Description

v     Will troubleshoot and perform general maintenance on production equipment.

v     Perform Preventative Maintenance.

v     Assist with changes due to upgrade of equipment, replacement or repair as needed.

v     Gain an understanding of production requirements and learn how maintenance can better support production reach productivity.  First time quality and utilization goals as set by management.

v     Technician will keep accurate documentation of all maintenance procedures performed according to company/TS 16-949 requirements.

v     Perform and document safety checks on assembly equipment as scheduled.

v     Technician must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and work sheets.

v     Must be a team player and work overtime on an as needed or on call basis.
