Our client, a busy law firm in the Montgomery, AL area is currently looking to fill a Legal Secretary position in their Litigation and Bankruptcy departments. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: -Typing and preparation of legal documents -Assisting with court filings and bankruptcy schedules -Managing client contacts -Scheduling meetings -Assisting attorneys in managing the litigation discovery process -Document collection and preservation, review and production tasks -Maintaining the discovery databases
