Job description
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units in a fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in digital print and mailing operations.

***Will need expertise in Pre-Sort mail, bulk mail, business mail entry (BMEU)
• Responsible for many aspects of efficiency in print, bindery, fulfillment, and mailing operation
• Must provide training, mentoring, and supervision to all production departments
• Understand USPS regulations and apply them to everyday production
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business and reports directly to the VP
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Must have established experience dealing with USPS regulations and applying them to mail production
• Experience in data manipulation for USPS mail processing is a bonus
• Experience with inventory management is a bonus
