Legal Secretary with experience in Mergers & Aquisitions


• This position would require high volume document generation so the candidate must be expert users of MS Word.
• The position would work with one of the partners whose practice is in the area of business and tax primarily with closely held companies. This is not a litigation position but more of a traditional legal secretary position. Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.

• Other software used: Amicus Attorney, Worldox, and Copitrak, Shoretel phone system.
• Someone with who has more experience with creating documents on the corporate side, such as Business Agreements, Entity formations, Buy/Sale agreements, mergers and acquisition, etc.

• WordPerfect knowledge would be helpful as well. We still have older documents in that format.

You will be tested in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Data Entry
