Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper



  • Accounts Payable and Reconciliations
  • Ensure accounting inventory is up to date
  • Coordinate with cash management team on Accounts Payable, as well as working with Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile all asset and liability accounts for vendors monthly
  • Prepare bank reports each Quarter Assist in year-end close out (including preparing 1099s) on an annual basis
  • Type correspondence, compile data for expense and payroll reports
  • Assist with payroll operations, as needed
  • Maintain employee payroll benefit documentation and electronic files
  • Organization

  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Advanced level keyboarding and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Know how to work in a team and independently
  • Possess a general knowledge of accounting and financial principles
