Job Description
Supervise overall operation of the front desk. Insure all staff are scanning patient records into SRS and checking their accuracy. Enforcing point of contact collections and documentation of insurance. Follows all HCFA Guidelines. Serves on the Practice Compliance Committee. Orders office supplies (for fax machines/printers) for all locations. Perform receptionist duties when needed; patient check-in, making appointments, entering any changes to patient information etc. Insuring that the physicians schedules are evenly distributed and according to protocol. Completing and overseeing the front desk personnel work schedule. Writing and revising policy and procedures for the front desk and ensuring they are coordinated with other functions in the practice. Overseeing daily financial audit trail functions as required by the practice controller. Other duties as assigned.
